Play ComMod then...pub or private, up to u. If u played some ComMod scrims with ur team u'd see that teamwork is the key to victory.

I second DAzZA's opinion about these tactical servers. Crouching all the time doesn't make playing "tactical" at all, it just makes it easier for those, who can't aim to moving target while proning in the bushes. The worst case scenario would be, if you add HC mode to this, it would be pixelhunt as its worst.
